The CM advised not to leave land vacant as the poor farmers, the needy and the others who give their land have great expectations to get jobs nearby. So the industries should train them for development of skills, to start with it should be in civil construction. Like any infrastructure development, here also civil construction activities like boundary wall, buildings, silos, warehouse etc which will require many skilled people in civil construction. Industries should give them employment and the locals should be empowered. He also mentioned that nothing is impossible if there is a positive attitude and a strong will. Under the new industrial policy it is priority of the government that maximum capital investment should be done in the state for development and employment generation. In house training facilities are to be created for civil construction skill development. Mason, Carpenter, Plumber, Painter, Bar benders are the different common skills in civil construction activities.
